Searching for fic - Diss Related

Has anyone ever read or heard of het fic wherein the male character is/has been raped and the female partner offers comfort and/or improbable-healing-sex? To be clear, I don't mean mental rape - just plain body-in-body rape.

PS - I'm also interested in *any* instance of or reference to male rape in a fic focused on a het relationship.
