i'm not nearly the cook that you are (despite my italian heritage), so the only time i get dreamy about kitchens and ones i wish i had is when i'm some place with model ones (like ikea) or when i go to houses that have elaborate kitchens i'll never own.

right now, i'd just like a kitchen with a dishwasher (other than me).
